When the online ACT Reading Tutoring Session starts, you better take it seriously. Besides, everyone knows reading is the hardest part of the exam. It is possible you are going to spend a lot of time in one question then before you know it, a lot of time has already elapsed. Also, the ACT has many other parts other than the reading part so you would want to get that out of the way immediately. You would want to proceed to the other parts of the exam and finish the entire thing at the time given. If you feel confident about your chances, there is no reason for that not to happen. Of course, you can’t really say the same if you aren’t sure about your chances of passing the exam. That will certainly happen if you were not able to review much. When you hire a tutor, your confidence will skyrocket. The reading part is a part that nobody is looking forward to. It contains a lot of questions that you can find in the short story and some that you can’t really find there. In fact, there will be some questions about the definitions of some words in the excerpt. There are some words that are pretty confusing and you are going to think all the choices are correct. When that happens, you will think that you have the correct answer but you are probably going back to that question at some point. That is not really advisable because when you answer something, you better be sure of it because the exam is pretty long.
There are some phrases in the excerpt where they will ask if you really understood correctly. In fact, it is possible that you think there is no error in the entire sentence. The question will ask if there is anything you can change. If there is nothing, then you can proceed with the next question. You must double check whether you answered something though. You can get caught in the heat of the moment and it is possible you skipped the questions without answering anything. Yes, all that effort of thinking about the answer to the question and it did not amount to anything. It won’t make sense to spend too much time in one question and not answer it even if the answer is none of the above. That choice is pretty popular though.
